J. Larry Ballard

J. Larry Ballard is a certified specialist / real estate attorney by the State of California in the areas of tax law, probate, estate planning and trust law. He earned a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California (USC). He was admitted to the California Bar in 1964. From 1968 to 1973, Mr. Ballard was a member of the Fullerton City Planning Commission and served as Chairman from 1970 to 1973. He currently serves as a director of the Bank of Orange and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, State Bar of California and the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Lee H. Brockett

Lee H. Brockett is a real estate and tax attorney who has practiced in California since 1973. He is a certified specialist in tax law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He graduated from Occidental College in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from California Western University in 1972 and a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University in 1973. In addition to his 30 years of practice, Mr. Brockett has been active in a wide range of community organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Chapman Tax Law Institute Board of Directors, Rotary International, and the St. Jude Charitable Foundation Board of Governors.

David M. Conant

David M. Conant, a 25-year resident of Newport Beach, CA, is the President of the Conant Auto Retail Group, which owns and manages nine (9) auto dealerships, as well as real estate companies and other auto-related ventures throughout Southern California. Mr. Conant has received considerable dealer recognition including, Sports Illustrated All-Star Dealer 1993 and Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award in 1998. He has also been a member of the Honda’s National Dealer Council for many years, as well as Chairman from 1992 - 1993 and is a consistent recipient of the Honda President's Award, since its inception in 1995. The C.A.R. Group's 900+ employees, supports local charities through their Employee Charity Fund.  Mr. Conant and his wife have also generously supported public schools in the markets their businesses serve through The Conant Family Foundation, formed in 1997.  Mr. Conant, his wife and four (4) children reside in Newport Beach, California.

Richard M. Haugen

Richard M. Haugen has been President of Newport Assets Inc. and PK Partners, Inc. which are private investment firms located in Newport Beach since 1998. Investments are made in all asset classes including: bonds, equities, oil and gas, real estate, hedge funds and private equity.  Prior to this, he was the CEO and President of Amylin Pharmaceuticals of La Jolla, a biotechnology venture, for three years.  Prior to Amylin, he spent 17 years with Allergan Inc. of Irvine culminating that career as Chief Operating Officer of this $1 billion plus company.  He resides in Irvine with his wife and four children.  He is an active member of Mariners Church and is on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the non-profit entity HomeWord.  He received his B.S. and MBA from the University of Southern California.

Wyn C. Holmes

Wyn C. Holmes is a seasoned real estate developer with more than 30 years experience. Throughout his career, he has developed in excess of 2,000 multifamily units and 1,000 single family homes. He is the primary shareholder of Northwoods Construction Company and Admar Management Corp. Northwoods and Admar consist of many seasoned veterans with experience in all phases of development, construction, property management, finance and marketing. The companies' projects cover a wide diversity of geographic areas, architectural style and product type.

Kyle C. Martin

Kyle C. Martin has 30 years of broad and in-depth knowledge of numerous facets of the real estate industry. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Martin was a principal of Eagle Real Estate Group. Some of Mr. Martin's career highlights include establishing a successful custom home building company in Northern California; developing and rehabilitating $125 million of real estate in four states; and managing 10 Southern California development projects consisting of 1,850 single family and multifamily homes.
